Leads and prospects tracked before they are clients, through to won - at which point the deal becomes a contract with its milestones already filled in, instead of being retyped into billing by hand.

A `crm` schema already exists inside the Fusion Ops project. It does not belong there: Ops is the internal cockpit and CRM is a product someone buys. Moving it is cheap while it is empty.
